Is PC Total War Like the Android Version?

I like playing the Android version and want to buy the PC version. The Android version is loaded with micro-transactions and takes forever to acquire require like the Android Sim City.

Which PC version should I get? I have an old computer, so I doubt Warhammer versions work. Are there any similar to the Android version?

I haven't played the android version. But PC version Total War games are one the best 4X strategy games on the market. There's resource building, but the primary objective is to conquer the map, it's more battle focused, but there's an even distribution of Civic (economic), Military and Advanced Military buildings that you need for high tier units.
