User can switch between visual and text editor when writing a post. However we do not recommend switching as this can mess up your post’s editing.

Visual Editor is a friendly text editor that has formatting buttons and a nice visual layout for the content area.Whereas, a text editor is a plain text editor where actual HTML can be seen.Or write your own HTML.The first area for text is the area where you add the post’s title.

As you write, WordPress automatically saves a draft of your post.WordPress cleans up your autosave temporary draft and it replaces it with a new one.So you will not lose your data due to internet disconnection.

Add Images and Media

There is a large Add Media button between the title and the content fields.Click on the Add Media button when you need to insert an image to your WordPress post. This will open the media uploader in a popup window.

Just hit on the chosen files button to load images to your WordPress site.
